About  Me

I started this practice because I’m passionate about helping people break free from painful patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change in their lives. I know how important it is to feel truly seen, heard, and supported by someone who can walk alongside you with both compassion and understanding.

Years ago, my world changed forever when I experienced the sudden loss of my 15-year-old son. That loss became a turning point in my life and deeply shaped the way I connect with others today. Through my own healing journey, I came to understand how overwhelming grief, heartbreak, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions can feel, and how powerful genuine human connection can be during those moments.

That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others find hope, clarity, and strength, even when life feels impossible. I’ve had to rebuild myself through loss, divorce, and significant life transitions, and those experiences taught me resilience, self-awareness, and compassion. I understand what it feels like to question how you’ll make it through the day, but I also believe healing and growth are possible.

I am a Registered Professional Counsellor, Provisional (RPC-P) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). My approach blends evidence-based tools with deep self-reflection, emotional insight, and real-world understanding. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what you’re going through, build practical strategies, and help you reconnect with your strength, purpose, and sense of self.

Many extended health benefit plans across Canada may provide coverage for counselling services. If you have questions about insurance coverage or reimbursement, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to help guide you through the process.

I know life can feel heavy sometimes, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. My goal is to help you move through the pain, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are
